Quilt Entry Categories
- Small – less than 36’’ on longest side
- Medium – 36’’ to 72” on longest side
- Large – more than 72’’ on longest side
- I Did It All – all work done by maker
- Newbie Quilter – less than three years making quilts
- Original Design – no pattern used; design developed by maker
- By Hand and/or Embellished – hand sewn, hand quilted or substantially hand-embellished
- Miscellaneous (non-quilts)
- 2025 Challenge

10 by 10 booths are available that will contain two 8 ft. tables and 2 chairs. Cost for each space is $75.
Each Vendor may reserve up to 2 booths maximum. You may apply for a booth by following this Application Link

- Friday, April 24, 2026 10am to 4pm (Gym will open at 8am)
- Saturday, April 25, 2026 10am to 4pm (Gym will open at 8am)
Quilt show volunteers are needed for setup on Thursday afternoon/evening through Saturday take-down and rack storage. Volunteer yourself or someone you love to watch while they’re working.
You won’t need to remember what you signed up for exactly. We will send you an email reminder before the show. Here’s a short list of helpers needed:

- “Yard Sale” (boutique) Set Up
- Greeter Table (grab a buddy and sign up to work together)
